Review by hotel critic
I recently spent a remarkable family holiday at Wetlands Guest House in St Lucia, and it was truly a delightful experience! The guesthouse boasts a stunning beach with vibrant coral reefs perfect for snorkeling, which became a favorite activity for our family. My kids absolutely loved exploring underwater life, making memories we'll cherish forever. The hosts, Colin and Natalie, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. They genuinely cared for our family, offering daily advice on activities and local spots. One day, they surprised us with a homemade breakfast packed for a day trip, which was incredibly thoughtful. The guesthouse is nestled near the wonderful Wetlands Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where we enjoyed canoeing together. Paddling through the serene waterways allowed us to bond while spotting interesting wildlife. Our spacious room provided enough comfort, and the lush grounds made for a lovely environment to unwind. There's a little something for everyone here, and I appreciated how the family-friendly amenities ensure that guests of all ages feel right at home. I would highly recommend Wetlands for families looking for a balance of adventure and relaxation.
